[Launch of Holding Company] NODA Japan Establishes NODA Holdings Inc. and RB Japan Inc.

株式会社 NODA Japan (Head Office: 2-10-28 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Go Noda) has established two new companies, NODA Holdings Inc. and RB Japan Inc., effective September 1, 2025, to clarify our domestic and international brand strategies and create a management structure specialized for each market. This initiative strengthens the dual brand system of our original global brand AREA and the French luxury interior brand Roche Bobois in Japan, promoting the proposal of new interior styles more actively.

Three principles AREA wants to convey to the world through original furniture and spaces

   Through furniture and spaces, we create a place you want to return to, a place you want to stay in—a place for the heart.
2. Share Japanese culture with the world
   We express uniquely Japanese ideas, such as impermanence and wabi-sabi, through furniture and convey them globally.
3. Cultivate pride through furniture
   Like social status, daily tools give joy and pride. We offer lifelong furniture made by skilled artisans, nurturing that pride.

We will continue to work with our overseas offices (NODA North America Inc., NODA Europe EURL, NODA Furniture Asia Pte.) to convey AREA’s principles from Tokyo, Paris, and New York to the world.

Establishment of RB Japan Inc.

Since 2017, we have been the authorized distributor of the French luxury interior brand Roche Bobois in Japan, importing and selling its products. Roche Bobois is a global brand embodying the Art de vivre (the art of living), with unique collections that integrate fashion, architecture, and art, creating a rich lifestyle only Roche Bobois can offer.

We established RB Japan Inc. on September 1, 2025, focusing on sales and services to further develop the Roche Bobois brand and improve customer satisfaction. Under the new structure, we will open our first store in the Kansai area, Roche Bobois OSAKA, on October 31, 2025, at Yodoyabashi Station One in Osaka. Following our flagship locations in Tokyo and Shinjuku, this store will allow more customers to experience the world of Roche Bobois.
