Calling All Furniture and Interior Design Enthusiasts: Internship at an Interior Brand 【5 Days】

We are pleased to announce that NODA Japan Co., Ltd. is offering an internship for students in their third year or higher from all faculties and majors at universities. This internship will provide a hands-on experience with the interior brands “AREA” and “Roche Bobois,” allowing you to engage in various tasks related to furniture and interior sales, thereby deepening your understanding of the brands and the industry.

Internship Overview

You will gain experience working with two distinctive interior brands: “AREA,” which sells original furniture in Japan, Paris, and New York, and the globally recognized French furniture brand “Roche Bobois.” Under the guidance of staff in their first to second year of employment, you will experience the operations of these brands.

Internship Duration: [5 Days] Note: The schedule may change depending on the time of participation.

Day 1: Company and brand overview; explanation of the interior industry

Day 2: Operations at AREA store, sales management, planning and PR, and furniture design experience

Day 3: Operations at Roche Bobois store, sales management, planning and PR, and interior coordination experience

Day 4: Product management at a logistics warehouse, import/export operations, and shipping/receiving experience

Day 5: Feedback session

Implementation Period

From November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, you can choose any five days within a month that suits your schedule. You can opt for five consecutive days or one day a week over a month. Please feel free to consult us.

Eligibility

Students in their third year or higher from all faculties and majors.

Compensation

No compensation provided. Please note that transportation costs will not be covered.
